Franklinton Playhouse has assembled a cast of improv comics who will perform a few kid friendly sketch comic routines. Routines will be in 30 minute increments throughout the night. The ComedySportz match features two teams of improvisational performers (players) competing in various improv games and performing scenes, with audience members judging the results and awarding points. Performing at Bottoms Up – Lacey Lynn Hughes.
Lacey was brought up by her grandparents who recognized her vocal abilities and had her performing for live audiences since age 4. By age 5 she was on Ed McMahon’s Star Search. Later, being trained Classical Opera, she won a contest where she had been given the opportunity to share the stage with Andrea Bocelli at The Schottenstein Center. Lacey suffers from a neurological disease which has resulted in loss of vision, muscle pain and severe migraines. Despite these issues she continues to perform along side guitarist Don Miller, where together they form “The Realm” acoustic duo.
