The Limited Brands Family & Children's Festival, located in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial, provides an opportunity for a creative and fun family experience. Columbia Gas Creation Stations
The Creation Stations, located in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial, provide kids of all ages the opportunity to create one-of-a-kind wearable masterpieces. From hats and crowns to necklaces, noisemakers, and face painting, we have enough glitter, foil, beads and markers to spark your creativity all night long.
NEW! International Food Court
Delight your taste buds with an Around the World dining experience at the International Food Court, located in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial. Taste the authentic cuisine of local Asian, Eastern Asia, Hispanic and Italian restaurants. The International Food Court will highlight the diverse cultures of Columbus and allow us to travel the globe as we welcome in 2010! The following restaurants will be featured at the International Food Court: Sunflower Chinese Restaurant; Panda Inn Chinese Restaurant; Taj Palace (Indian); King Gyros Greek Restaurant and Casa Sazon (Hispanic Restaurant).
Stop by the Dairy Barn to grab a sweet treat. Milk, ice cream and novelties will be available for sale located next to the International Food Court in Veterans Memorial's North Hall.
6th Annual Author's League
In partnership with: Thurber House
The First Night Author's League, located throughout Veterans Memorial, is comprised of aspiring authors and poets 12 and under, from local and surrounding elementary schools. Each student became a member of the league by submitting a one page essay or poem. This year's Author's League Theme is "The Most Fun I've Had." The Toni Wolfe Scholarship presented by Thurber House will award three entries with a Writing Wizards Scholarship.
Fitness Fun Zone presented by Children's Hunger Alliance
The Fitness Fun Zone, Presented by Children's Hunger Alliance is located in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial. Get active by participating in the many activity stations courtesy of the Children's Hunger Alliance. You can hula hoop, jump rope, bowl, play basketball and much more! Plus, get health tips so you can learn more about eating right.
ODNR Recycling Rhythm presented by Rumpke
ODNR Recycling Rhythm presented by Rumpke, located in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial, is a great place for children to engage in creative ways with recycled materials to create trash instruments, rain sticks, drums and wind chimes for on-site and take home projects.
Pepsi Block Party
You will have a blast at the Pepsi Block Party, located inside the North Hall of Veterans Memorial! Keep busy with interactive inflatables, the Masterpiece Mile, DJ Sonya, Bubble Stomp, Musical Chairs and much more!
Masterpiece Mile presented by The Robert Weiler Company
Located at the Block Party in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial, these eight-foot high interactive life size panels allow you to step inside a "work of art." Bring a camera, capture your smile, and capture the moment!
Bubble Stomp presented by Two Men and a Truck
Located at the Block Party in the North Hall of Veterans Memorial jump and stomp on our GIANT bubble wrap with DJ Sonya to get you started with high energy tunes! After each Bubble Stomp, hit the next game-Musical Chairs!

First Night Columbus' Got Talent presented by Nationwide
Looking for a safe, fun way to spend New Year's Eve with other Central Ohio teens? Nationwide is sponsoring the First Night Columbus' Got Talent competition featuring teen singing, dancing, acting, stand-up and spoken word performances. Hear, watch and move to the vocal, dramatic and dance styling of Columbus' most talented teens. Contestants will battle it out be named First Night Columbus' Got Talent Winner.

Courtesy of the Columbus International Film and Video Festival, located inside COSI we once again will be screening a variety of films on a continuous loop, so stop by anytime!
NEW! KidsLinked Viral Video Competition
The KidsLinked Viral Video Competition held in COSI, will feature videos submitted by children 6-18 years old about "How they can make a difference" throughout the next year. Prizes will be coordinated with the Film Council of Greater Columbus.
Want to know who is playing where and when? Those who have an iPhone can go to www.bozadventures.comto download an application that will show the layout of the venues where First Night Columbus activities and entertainment will be located. Users can click on a venue to see who is performing and what programs are going on inside each venue at select times. The application will also inform users how far they are from each venue and the directions on how to get to the building.
Kids can color on a giant 30 ft mural depicting the four seasons and showing ways they can "make a difference" all year long. Mural designed by CCAD students and printed courtesy of Key Blue Prints.
Stop by the Glass Slipper station and hear fairy tales while making princess crafts! There will be a very special visit from a Princess and of course have a royal tea party! Come see the Glass Slipper where you are sure to have a tea-riffic time!!

Rhodes Tower Opens Featuring:
Bob Evans Pancake and Syrup Party
This venue is always a hit with delicious Bob Evan's pancakes and sausage. The $6 pancake meal includes your choice of hot coffee or a Pepsi beverage. While you eat, listen to the tunes of Ft. Hayes Bands, some of the finest up and coming musicians in Columbus. These high school students will amaze you with their talent.

Grand Finale Featuring HighJinks
HighJinks Productions, a divison of Kristina Isabelle Dance Company, under the direction of Jeff Fouch will take the stage with a vibrant world of stilt-dancing, juggling, spinning hoops and more! Featuring company members Jessica Mckelvey, James Graham and Fouch along with the spinning talents of Adam Dipert and Olivia Kaplan of ExtraTerrestrial Circus Experiment. Plus for the third straight year at First Night, the young talents from KIDCO will perform their amazing stilt dance.
HighJinks has been entertaining Columbus audiences and beyond for the last 5 years. It has been said of past performances that "the show filled the room with inspiration, awe and wonder" and was "amusing and visually memorable."
